Golfer Kenny Perry Wants Tiger Woods to Golf Again

Perry thinks that getting back to the sport will help Woods.

Tiger Woods said that he will not play professional golf again, but not everyone is happy with that decision.

Pro-golfer Kenny Perry, who is ranked number 13 in the world, is urging Woods to make his way back to golf, where he has close friends who will be supportive.

"I've been on the (U.S.) PGA Tour for 25 years and I enjoy going on tour each week because there are 150 guys I am pretty close to that I love to go and hang out with," he said to Reuters. "If he comes back to us I'm sure he'll get a lot of support from the players, I really do."

Perry said that he would be there for support if Tiger ever returns to golf.

"Tiger needs to come back for himself rather than his golf and when he does I'm going to give him a hug and shake his hand and tell him if he needs to talk or if I can help in any way, I will,” Perry said to reporters.
