Film producer Brian Grazer and his wife are separating after eight years of marriage.

Movie mega-producer Brian Grazer has filed for legal separation from his wife of eight years, Gigi Levangie Grazer, the AP reported.
"Irreconcilable differences" were cited in the separation papers, in which the producer of "A Beautiful Mind" and "The Da Vinci Code" asked for joint custody of the couple's two sons and a consideration of the couple's prenuptual agreement.
The twist? Levangie Grazer is a two-time novelist whose latest book, 2005's "The Starter Wife," features a Hollywood ex-wife recently dumped by her studio-exec husband after nine years of marriage.
