Grey's Anatomy Fan Concerns

The new season has fans wondering, "What is going on?"

On Grey's Anatomy, this season of episodes has caused some criticism and complaints from viewers who are confused as to where the show is going.

One cause for concern relates to character Izzie Stevens (Katherine Heigl), who has seen her dead fiance, Denny (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), on more than one occasion. Heigl's character on the show seems to be dating a ghost. This reprisal of Denny has caused Grey's Anatomy fans to wonder what is going on with the show and complaints to roll into ABC.

In the show's defense, Steve McPherson, ABC programming chief, told critics on Friday, "It's not a ghost." Bringing Denny back is just one of the questions fans have. There is also the question of Callie's character (Sara Ramirez) and where writers will take her character now that former lover Erica (Brook Smith) was axed from the show.

"When you get to the end of the season and see everything [Rhimes] had in mind, it might not be your cup of tea, but I think you will be surprised at how insightful and actually smart the story line itself is in terms of the dynamics that it's creating for the characters," McPherson stated.

So I guess Grey's Anatomy fans should just stay tuned for the upcoming story lines for the rest of the season.
