Grey's Anatomy Star to Wed Studio Executive
Future star of "Grey's Anatomy" spinoff, "Private Practice," announced her engagement.
Kate Walsh, who must be riding high on cloud 9 this week, due to the announcement that she will be starring in a spinoff of Grey's Anatomy this fall, told Us Weekly magazine on Tuesday that she is engaged. Her fiance, Alex Young, is a studio executive.
The 39-year-old actress, whose character, Dr. Addison Shepherd, will be moving from Seattle to Los Angeles to star in the show Private Practice, told Us, "It happened a few days ago," and confessed her excitement.
The show will begin with Walsh's move to L.A., where she reconnects with a friend whose medical practice needs an obstetrician, a position Walsh will take.
