Grey's Anatomy's Chyler Leigh Gives Birth to Second Daughter

Grey's Anatomy star, Chyler Leigh, gave birth to her third child, a daughter named Anniston Kae. According to the Associated Press, baby Anniston was welcomed on Thursday morning at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, the same night of Grey's 100th episode. She is 7 pounds and 1 ounce. The baby came in perfect timing since it was a week after shooting wrapped for its fifth season, reported BostonHerald.com.

"Both mother and daughter are healthy," reported Access Hollywood.

Leigh and her husband, actor Nathan West, have been married almost seven years and also have a son, Noah Wilde, 5, and another daughter, Taelyn Leigh, 2.

The 27-year-old actress, who plays the role of Dr. Lexie Grey, Meredith Grey's younger half-sister on the medical drama, did not have her pregnancy written into the script.

In addition, Leigh's on-screen sister, played by Ellen Pompeo, recently made public that she's pregnant with her first child.
