The man accused of stalking actress Halle Berry was charged on Wednesday with burglary of her Hollywood home.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the man, Richard Anthony Franco, was seen three days in a row by Berry or her security staff on the property.

He pleads not guilty to the stalking charges and could face up to three years in jail if convicted. With the new burglary charge, he could face up to another six years.

“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have....I am extremely frightened," Berry said in court papers. “He has terrorized me and my family."

After the incidents with Franco, Berry hired a team of armed security guards to protect her home around the clock.

According to AFP, back on July 12, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson had ordered Franco to stay 100 yards away from Berry and her daughter.

Franco was on probation for a previous battery offense.
