He’s probably not too happy about this, but that’s the point right?
The UK’s Daily Mail reported Halle Berry’s ex, Gabriel Aubry, has agreed to take anger management classes following accusations from his daughter’s nanny that he violently pushed her while she was holding Nahla, who Aubry had with Berry.
The male model decided to take the classes after an hours-long meeting with Berry and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family services on Friday.
According to the New York Daily News, a law enforcement source said he “has a little bit of a temper, but the good news is that he realizes it."
The 45-year-old Oscar-winning actress initially wanted sole custody of her daughter and requested that Aubry never be allowed to see her, but that requested was denied by an L.A. judge on Tuesday.
His lawyer, Gary Fishbein, said "it's a given" his client wouldn’t do anything to hurt his daughter and that Berry’s request was therefore unnecessary.
However, he is still under investigation for criminal battery and child endangerment charges that were filed by nanny Alliance Kamdem who said he put both her and three-year-old Nahla in harms way when he pushed Kamdem while she was holding Nahla earlier this month.
Aubry claims he never touched the nanny and he will most likely not be prosecuted on the charges because there is no solid evidence.
He will be back in court on Monday morning with Berry to further discuss their custody deal.
