After resolving one nasty custody battle, it looks like Halle Berry and model Gabriel Aubry will once again be fighting over their daughter’s custody.

ABC News reported Berry was in court Tuesday with Nahla’s nanny, who claims Aubry has a bad temper and demonstrates “dangerous and aggressive behavior.”

Alliance Kambem has worked as Nahla’s nanny since June and told the judge that last Wednesday Aubry violently pushed her while she was holding his daughter and is requesting a restraining order.

According to CNN, a Los Angeles County judge denied Kambem’s request because its grounds were “insufficient and speculative.”

The judge did say tell Kambem that she could “proceed with any personal criminal charges against Mr. Aubry” in family court.

The former couple’s custody agreement, which was finalized in April last year, states that a nanny must be present with their three-year-old when she is with Aubry.

"I believe that Mr. Aubry resents the court order requiring that he have a nanny, and that his resentment has developed into dangerous and aggressive behavior towards me, particularly when I am in the presence of Nahla," Kambem said. "I am truly fearful he will hurt me and in the process hurt Nahla as well."

The nanny also said that Aubry verbally abuses her, saying things like, “'What are you doing here?' 'You are a spy,' 'You report everything I say,' 'You're not even doing your job.' 'Nahla doesn't like you, she doesn't want you here,' and 'I don't need a nanny, I don't want you here.’”

Wonder if Berry is paying her to say these things.
