Celebrities are being victimized left and right, but it looks like Halle Berry will receive some justice soon.

CBS News reported Richard A. Franco was scheduled to stand trial at the end of the month after a Los Angeles Superior Court appearance Monday.

E! News reported earlier this year Franco was charged with burglary and stalking the X-Men actress after he was caught outside her home for the third time on July 11.

Berry didn't hesitate protecting herself and her daughter. She quickly obtained a three-year restraining order and hired a 24 hour security team

Monday's ruling was made by Judge Melissa Widdifield after two witnesses presented evidence that suggested Franco was guilty. He is currently in jail on $150,00 bail.

At court, police said Franco was able to obtain a key to Berry's home during a brief 20 second time period when she was walking from the salon area of her home to the kitchen.

"This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have, and I am extremely frightened of him and what he might do to me or those I love," she wrote in her retraining order petition.
