Hannah Montana Body Double

Miley Cyrus used a body double during her Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tour, which is sold out across the country. During the show, she is ushered off stage and immediately another girl dressed in the same outfit covering her face dances across the stage and exits.

According to Fox, the body double is only used as a production element to help speed the transition from Hannah to Miley. This gives the singer enough time to remove the Hannah wig and costume and transform into Miley for her solo set.

The body double holds the microphone for less than a minute and motions like she is singing. Miley allegedly performs live during the entire concert.

The Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus tour is one of the nation's best selling tours. Last fall, the show sold out within minutes after tickets went on sale across the country. People have been reselling tickets for thousands of dollars.
