Hannah Montana Stalker Caught

Ignoring orders to stay away from the tween sensation, Mark McLeod was arrested for stalking.

Miley Cyrus, the star of Disney's hit series "Hannah Montana," was being stalked by a overzealous fan.

Mark McLeod was arrested after appearing on the set of Disney's "The Last Song" in Savannah, GA. The 53-year-old McLeod was instructed by the police to stay away from the set in Tybee Island.

Reportedly, he went around asking for Cyrus. "He was asking for Miley and going up and knocking on some doors," police chief Jim Price told the NY Daily News. It appeared as though he exhibitedd symptoms of schizophrenia. He told police that he and Cyrus were communicating with "secret messages" via her television show and website.

McLeod had been arrested back in June as well but was released after a day because the jail was overcrowded. According to the Associated Press, he claimed that they were "secretly engaged to marry" and that Miley's father, Billy Ray Cyrus had given the two his blessing.
