Happy Birthday goes out to social butterfly, model, singer and actress Paris Hilton. The granddaughter of Hilton Hotel’s founder, although Paris was not introduced to showbiz in the most indecent way, having gained her popularity with a sex video tape, she somehow managed to rise out of the scandal most successfully.
Paris was born in New York but soon moved and attended high school in California. The oldest of her three siblings, Paris moved around quite a bit and attended schools in New York and Connecticut as well.
Her modeling career began when she was only a child. Back then, young Paris strutted her stuff at events for charity. By the time she got into her late teenage years, she was signed to model with Donald Trump’s modeling agency. That gig paved the way for Paris to continue modeling as part of modeling agencies in London, New York and Los Angeles.
Acting became Paris’s second passion and she started off her acting career making cameos in films such as Zoolander, The Cat in the Hat, and alongside her childhood friend, Nicole Richie, for the reality series called The Simple Life,. She also starred in Nine Lives, House of Wax, and The Hilz, among other films and TV movies.
Although it was short-lived, Paris also had a singing career.
