Has 'Toddlers and Tiaras' gone too far?

Add a blonde wig to the mix and you’ve got 3-year-old contestant named Paisley, who donned a hooker ensemble during a pageant on TLC’s Toddlers & Tiaras.

"We have a serious problem when The Learning Channel features a toddler, who probably hasn't even learned to read, dressed as a prostitute showing off her sexy strut," Parents Television Council spokeswoman Melissa Henson told E! News.

Wendy Dickey, Paisley’s mother, tells TMZ that she does not agree with the PTC about the situation. She claims that the costume, which was inspired by Julia Roberts’ character in Pretty Woman, was “harmless” and “less revealing than gymnastics wear and swimsuits.”

"People need to look at their own family and what they're doing,” she tells TMZ. “I don't know why people are focusing so much on pageant moms when there's much more harmful things people are letting their children do!"

The episode aired Wednesday at 10 p.m., with no comment from TLC about the getup.
