Hathaway's Diaries Seized

Anne Hathaway, recently split from alleged scam-artist Raffaello Follieri, had her journals seized by the FBI during a raid on Follieri's apartment, China Daily reports.

The journals were one of many things confiscated during the raid, including photographs of Hathaway and Follieri, documents, watches, and an antique Bible and a Tiffany clock.

An anonymous source told the New York Daily News that since the breakup, Hathaway, who most recently appeared in the film, Get Smart, has attempted to cut all ties with the 29-year-old businessman accused of running a $6 million real estate scam.

Follieri has been charged with 11 counts of fraud and money laundering.
