Hayden Panettiere's 911 Call Released

Hayden Panettiere is having some legal problems and they just became public, reports OK! Magazine. On Dec. 23, the 19-year-old actress was caught in a 21-and-over club in Suffern, N.Y. called NV Lounge. According to Star, the Heroes star got into the club with some friends through a side entrance and attempted to order a drink. When the bartender asked to see Panettiere's ID, he realized she wasn't old enough, confiscated her ID, and kicked her out of the club. Club owner John Reznick said Panettiere became "very frustrated" and "annoyed." The actress called 911, claiming she needed her ID to travel.

This story was released a few weeks ago and while it may seem like old news, NV owner John Reznick is keeping it current by revealing the transcript to Panettiere's 911 call on The Inside Edition, reports Just Jared.

911 Operator: "What's your name?"
Panettiere: "Hayden . . . I went into a bar and I showed them my ID. They let me in and um . . . he took my ID and he won't give it back."
911 Operator: "What bar is it?"
Panettiere: "NV."
911 Operator: "NV?"
Panettiere: "Yeah!"
911 Operator: "OK, and he took your ID and they're not going to give it back to you?"
Panettiere: "Yeah, and I need to get on a plane in a couple of days and I really need my ID back. . . . I live in California."
911 Operator: "OK, we have officers on the way."
Panettiere: "Thank you very much."

Police told E! Online that Panettiere denied trying to buy alcohol.

"When my officers arrived on the scene, we questioned Panettiere," said Detective Craig Long. "I asked her if she tried to buy alcohol and she denied it. Panettiere told me that someone opened the side door of the nightclub so she could go inside and say hello, not buy drinks."

Panettiere was given her ID back and there were no legal repercussions but she is probably unhappy with the 911 transcripts out in the public. Her father also made the news this week after pleading no contest to misdemeanor battery.
