Heather Locklear Seeks Treatment for Depression

Heather Locklear, the beautiful blonde actress known for TV dramas such as Dynasty and Melrose Place, and later for her work on the sitcom Spin City, has checked into an Arizona medical facility to seek psychological treatment, Reuters reports.

Locklear's spokeswoman Cece Yorke said that Locklear has been dealing with anxiety and depression. Yorke said that the matter would remain confidential and that there would be no further statements on the matter.

The 46-year-old Locklear got her big break in the 1980's hit, Dynasty, starring as Sammy Jo. She later joined the cast of Melrose Place, starring as Amanda Woodward.

Locklear has been married and divorced twice--first to Motley Crew drummer Tommy Lee, and then to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, with whom she has one child.
