Heche's Husband Gets the Cash and the Kid

Coley Laffoon, estranged husband of Anne Heche, was granted physical custody of their son, Homer.

With a personal life that reads like a screenplay of a science fiction movie, it's hard to believe that Anne Heche has become so successful. Her talent and appeal has allowed her to secure credits including, The Juror, Donnie Brasco, Volcano, I Know What You Did Last Summer, Psycho, Six Days Seven Nights and Nip/Tuck. Coley Laffoon, her estranged husband, filed for divorce in February. The two married in 2001, after her relationship with Ellen DeGenerous and her trip to an alternate reality and back. The couple has a son, Homer, who is now five. With reports that she is unstable and exhibiting, "bizarre and delusional behavior," Laffoon has won custody. He was also looking to be paid $33,000 a month in spousal and child support, which was denied and a lower settlement was reached. Heche, who currently is the lead in the ABC hit Men in Trees, will be able to see her son on alternate weekends where she shoots her show .
