Heidi Klum and Seal on the path to divorce?

Is fighting on and off enough to send Heidi Klum to head over to the L.A. County Superior Court and file for a divorce from Seal?

TMZ broke the news today that the two were destined for divorce, and that Heidi was going to file for divorce within the week, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reasoning.

Contrarily, Us Weekly squashes this claim, asserting that the couple is still together for the time being.

Regardless of either thought, the marriage has not been sailing as smoothly as it could be.

"They've had a very rough road lately," a close friend of the couple admits. "They're either madly in love or having crazy fights."

The last time Klum and Seal were seen together was on a trip to Aspen at the end of December. A friend says that the trip was "hard" and filled with tension.

The couple married in Mexico in 2005. They have three biological children together, and Seal adopted Klum's eldest daughter from a previous marriage.

"It's been very hard, but there is a lot of love there, and any decision that will be made is a tough one because they have beautiful children who they both love very deeply," a source close to the couple disclosed to Us Weekly.

The couple is known for renewing their vows each year on their wedding anniversary. Only time will tell to see if they make it to their next anniversary.
