Heidi Montag Makes a Change

If you were getting sick of seeing Heidi Montag's face online and in various magazines, relief is on its way - for a little while, at least.

According to People.com, Montag has gotten more plastic surgery, in addition to the nose job and breast enlargement she had done back in 2007. The 23-year-old reality star underwent 10 procedures on November 20 of last year.

It has not yet been revealed exactly what the reality star had done this time, but she has revealed hints in the past. According to another People.com article from last summer, Montag said, "I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer]."
