Heidi Montag's Dirty Playboy Photo Shoot

Heidi Montag loves the dirt. All over her that is.

Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt showed off Montag's Playboy cover at the premiere of "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra." Montag, the cover girl, is shown in a white bikini covered in mud outlining the playboy bunny.

The appearance of the magazine confirms that Montag did indeed do the photo shoot. It was uncertain whether the "Hills" star would pose for the magazine because of her religious beliefs. However, MTV reports that Montag believes herself to be a "modern Mother Teresa" and that she "would take things in moderation."

Holly, Montag's sister, confirmed that Montag did not pose nude for the magazine.

MSNBC reports that both Pratt and Montag are pleased with the photos and refer to them as art.

Pratt called the photos: "Beautiful art. Not like Picasso art, real beautiful art, you know what I'm saying?"

However, not everyone is pleased by the Playboy cover. Lauren Conrad, Montag's "Hills" co-star, commented to the New York Daily News about Montag's motivations and referred to Montag's cosmetic surgery: "They're not going to pay for themselves."
