He's not sure how it works, but he is going to make a movie about it.

West Wing creator Aaron Sorkin plans to make a movie about Facebook.

He has agreed to use his screenwriter's skills to base a film on the invention of the social network, Facebook, Inc., according to ComputerWorld.com. He has made a profile to find out more about how the site works, and even though there are other fake profiles mimicking the Hollywood talent, he claims this one is his - and his only.

The not-so-Internet savvy Sorkin plans to work with Sony Pictures on this film once he gets a hold on the popular site and the fascinating ways in which it works.

Questioning over whether the story would be worth it and what exactly could be written and performed about Facebook has occurred on many blogging sites about Sorkin.

A few Facebook fans and Internet bloggers wonder if the man can compel audiences, if he does not yet know how to use the site.

As written on ComputerWorld.com: "I figured a good first step in my preparation would be finding out what Facebook is, so I've started this page," the page says. "Actually, it was started by my researcher, Ian Reichbach, because my grandmother has more Internet savvy than I do, and she's been dead for 33 years."

He has also given Internet users the option to test him if they do not believe he is the real Aaron Sorkin.
