Hicks might not be a hot bachelor for long

Taylor Hicks is on a roll.

Not only has the 29-year-old silver haired singer won the latest round of "American Idol" and scored a Ford ad, but Hicks has just been named Hottest Bachelor of 2006 by "People" magazine.

The soul singer said that while his schedule of late hasn't exactly been conducive for dating, he still can see himself settling down.

"There's been no time," he told "People" of his love life. "Now, I wouldn't mind spending the rest of my life with the right woman."

That woman might be someone the successful bachelor has already met. Recently, Hicks locked eyes with a blonde on a recent flight and hasn't been able to forget her."We waved and did a double-take look," Hicks is quoted as saying. "It seemed like something out of a movie."

"People" magazine, not one to miss potential for romance, immediately set up an email address and mailing address where the woman who locked eyes with Hicks can contact him, is she desires.
