High School Musical Gets Bigger

Disney's third High School Musical will be the first to go to the big screen.

Just when you thought the Disney channel sensation "High School Musical" could not get any bigger, it is announced that the third movie will be made for the big screen.

Disney is bringing back the entire cast, including the popular hot couple, Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens, and starts filming "High School Musical 3: Senior Year" in the spring, E! Online reported.

Questions circulated around the cast and the potential of a third HSM, when the films heartthrob was reportedly pushing for larger checks and his girlfriend was caught in a racy Internet photo scandal last fall.

Nonetheless, Disney is reportedly paying Efron $3 million, and decided to overlook Hudgens' mistake.

The director of the first two musicals, Kenny Ortega is back too, and, according to People Magazine, couldn't be happier, "I am the luckiest guy in the world, and I know it."
