Hilton calls DUI incident "nothing"
Singer said she was hungry, not drunk
Paris Hilton, who seems to thrust herself into the center of attention, was upset over the amount of coverage of her recent DUI arrest.
"Everything I do is blown out of proportion and it really hurts my feelings," Hilton told the Associated Press, who called the incident "nothing."
Officer Marjan Mobasser said Hilton was pulled over Thursday morning after she was seen driving erratically, according to the AP. She was later released on bond. Police said Hilton had a BAC of .08, the minimum to be arrested for DUI.
"So maybe I was speeding a little bit and I got pulled over," she told the wire service, denying she was driving recklessly.
"I was just really hungry and I wanted to have an In-N-Out burger," she said.
