What female on the planet is not jealous of Hailee Steinfeld? Not only was she nominated for an Oscar at the tender age of 14 for her work on True Grit (which was only her eighth acting credit), she also presented at the Golden Globes this year with Justin Bieber, she's the face of Miu Miu's Autumn/Winter 2011 campaign, and landed a slew of coveted roles including Juliet in Romeo and Juliet and Petra Arkanian in Ender's Game. She's also got a wardrobe any high fashion magazine editor would lust over. Keep up the good work Hailee! Can't even imagine what your Sweet 16 is going to look like.

Mo'Nique, 44
Mo'Nique may have found fame playing Nikki Parker in hit comedy TV series Moesha, but she proved herself one talented actress when she won a Golden Globe in 2010 for her role in Precious. Annoyingly, some people overlooked her huge win and focused more on her unshaven legs. She also won a Critic's Choice Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, BAFTA Award, and Oscar that same year, making her one of only eight actresses to do so. She's also the fourth talk show host to be nominated for an Oscar. In 2009, she hosted The Mo'Nique Show on BET, but it was cancelled earlier this year.
