House Doc Lisa Edelstein Enjoys Her Role

Lisa Edelstein has spent the last four and a half years playing Dr. Lisa Cuddy on the Fox hit drama "House," but she's anything but tired of playing the character.

Despite the fact that some fans of the show aren't quite sure what they think of the kiss between Cuddy and House at the beginning of the season, Edelstein thinks that it's great.

She told the Boston Herald, "I feel like these are two people who have collisions with each other more than a relationship. And I really enjoy it… I definitely like to see them explore that dynamic a little more."

Edelstein also liked the way the kiss happened, in a moment of pain for both characters. Mercury News reports that she said, "I thought that was really brilliant because I always pondered when would these people ever cross that line with each other… Through pain seemed absolutely perfect."

The 100th episode of "House" airs on Monday.
