'How I Met Your Mother' Recap: Blitzgiving

This week on HIMYM, the gang explores the myth of “The Curse of The Blitz”.

Whenever a miraculously lucky event takes place after someone leaves early, that person becomes “The Blitz.” Thus, when Ted decides to leave early, the others warn him that he might catch the curse, but of course he doesn’t listen.

The next morning, he finds out what an awesome time the gang had last night without him, partying through a variety of fun and funny moments with his ‘enemy’ Zoe. When they break Ted’s oven in the course of their partying, they end up on a race to find the nearest oven they can use, which of course turns out to be Zoe’s.

Then the question becomes, “can enemies become friends?” Will Ted and Zoe be able to patch things up in time to save their Thanksgiving celebration? “Wang Guy” has the answer, and then Barney gets the Blitz.
