How will Lady GaGa's performance at the VMA's go?

Tonight at the MTV Video Music Awards, Lady Gaga is set to perform. She is set to take the stage at the VMA's for her first appearance at this award show.

The VMA's go down 9 pm tonight in New York City at the Radio City Music Hall, hosted by Comedian Russell Brand.

Lady Gaga, who is a native of New York, is under wraps about her performance for tonight, keeping the mystery of a sure to be spectacle alive. But those who are close to her are dishing about it, adding more fuel to the anticipation. According to MTV.com, Perez Hilton who is very close with GaGa said that her performance will be "next-level." He goes on to say, "I think, without a doubt, Gaga's gonna be that big star of the night. The thing about her: She's always trying to top herself, and I think she's going to."

Hilton told MTV that he was recently in Japan with GaGa and they discussed her spot at the VMA's. He said that he doesn't want to reveal too much but that he will be GaGa's date, not on the red carpet but later on. Stating that she will arrive will some very special guests.
