Hugh Hefner on Spin-Offs and Season 5

Rumors have been brewing that Kendra Wilkinson from The Girls Next Door is getting a spin-off because she is leaving the Playboy mansion, E! Online reported.



Hugh Hefner won't confirm anything about Wilkinson, but he did say, according to E! Online, "I think all three girls are likely to get spin-offs. I think they will be interconnected to the main show, and we will all appear on both."



He does promise that if anything changes between him and any of the girls, "All of that will be on the show, because this show, unlike most, really is a reality show. It deals with our lives and wherever that takes us," E! Online reported.



Hefner really doesn't mind the rumors or gossip. "All the rumors are only going to give us more ratings," he said.



For now, Hefner and the girls (Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison, and Bridget Marquardt) are getting ready for the October 5 premiere of The Girls Next Door's fifth season.



"It's amazing. We're about to launch season five," Hefner said. "We thought it would be a one-season wonder."



According to E! Online, season five includes Hefner's birthday celebration in Las Vegas, a trip to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, a visit with Playmate Barbi Benton in Aspen, a wedding in Las Vegas (no, it's not Hef's), and much more.
