Hulk Hogan: I never laid a hand on Linda

On Tuesday, 51-year-old reality star Linda Hogan appeared on the Today show to talk about her new autobiography, Wrestling the Hulk: My Life Against the Ropes.

According to Us Magazine, the book details her ex-husband’s allegedly violent history.

"[Hulk] tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls," Linda writes. "I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages."

However, Hulk Hogan has a different story.

In an interview on The Bubba the Love Sponge Show this morning, Hulk said that Linda’s claim of abuse is “a cold, blatant lie.”

He continued by saying that Linda is a “non-issue” who is “still riding on the Hulk Hogan name." He said that there is “no reason” to defend himself against his ex.

“Just take her and put her in the same category with the Iron Sheik and the Ultimate Warrior. They all belong together,” Hulk said, referring to her as a hater who is just trying to exploit his celebrity.

So, is Hulk a violent beast like Linda says? Or is Linda just trying to receive some fame?
