Vacancy seeks director; I laugh at irony.

Nimrod Antal, the Hungarian filmmaker best known for "Kontroll," is in talks to direct a horror flick in the States.
Ironically enough, "Vacancy" is currently lacking a director, following the departure of Simon West, whose film "When a Stranger Calls" was one of 2005's most awful movies.
The Screen Gems film stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Luke Wilson as a couple who realize that there are video cameras in their motel room, and that they're about to become the stars of their very own snuff film.
Production is scheduled to start this fall.
