It's Official Paris Charged For Drunk Driving
Paris has been charged for drunk driving, what will be her consequences?
Paris Hilton was charged for drunk driving on Tuesday. She was arrested earlier this month. She has been charged for two seperate accounts: driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit.
The heiress could be looking at six-months maximum in county jail and $1000 fine, however the Los Angeles City Attorney's spokesman Frank Mateljan stated that most first offenders are usually given probation and go too rehad instead of jail.
On September 7th, Hilton was pulled over around 1 am for driving "erratically." She complained that because she didn't eat that night she was fatigued and that was the reasoning nehind her absurd driving.
