Ivanka Trump gives birth

Ivanka Trump gave birth to her first child Sunday in New York City. She announced via Twitter that she and husband Jared Kushner gave birth to a beautiful and healthy baby girl.

She tweeted, "We feel incredibly grateful & blessed. Thank you all for your support and well wishes!"

The name of their daughter was not announced as of yet. Trump and Kushner have been together since 2009, and Trump converted to Judaism before the ceremony.

As for grandpa Donald Trump, this is his third grandchild. Ivanka's brother, Donald Trump, Jr., has a daughter and a son with his wife, Vanessa.

Donald Trump told People magazine that he was very happy for the couple when he learned that his daughter was pregnant.

Ivanka is a jewelry designer, model, and businesswoman, and Kushner is owner of the newspaper, the New York Observer.
