J. Lo heads to court against ex-hubby

Ojani Noa wants to write about their first sexual encounter together. How saucy.

One of J. Lo's exes is hoping to write a book that describes their first sexual encounter, how she calls her mom a racist gambling addict and describes her illicit affairs on the set of "Anaconda."

Jennifer Lopez's troupe of lawyers filed for an injunction in April to stop ex-husband Ojani Noa from profiting on intimate details (or exaggerations) in a book to be titled "The Unknown Truth: A Passionate Portrait of a Serial Thriller." He intends for each chapter to have the same title as a film Lopez acted in.

Meanwhile, J. Lo claims he offered to not publish the book in exchange for a cool $5 million. However, Noa did sign a settlement agreement about another conflict between the two that included the fact that he could not profit by revealing intimate details about Lopez.

Noa said in a deposition, "I live in a free country... I can express myself. I can talk and say whatever I want to."

Considering there is this much fuss over the fact that Noa can't define their sexual history as "intimate details," it's not hard to understand why their marriage lasted only 13 months.
