Jackman and Pattinson Party It Up

WENN is reporting a night of fun had by Hugh Jackman and Robert Pattinson. While in Japan busy wrapping up promotion of the film, Australia, Jackman and others went out to celebrate.

"Hugh was there celebrating completion of his promo tour for Australia with director Baz Luhrmann and friends. About 1 a.m., the cast of Twilight came in and they all joined in," a Jackman representative told WENN.

The Twilight cast, including Pattinson, is also in Japan to promote its film. Upon their arrival, the two parties enjoyed the rest of the night singing karaoke, a very popular activity in countries like Japan.

Jackman is just coming off a successful turn as the host of the Academy Awards last Sunday.Meanwhile, Pattinson and the rest of theTwilight cast are getting ready as production for the next film, New Moon, gets set to kick off. That film is due for release November of this year. Jackman will next be seen in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, set for release in May.
