Jackson and Accuser's Prints Found on Dirty Magazines

Jackson may need to come clean as to why his accuser's prints are on pornography found in his home.

Michael Jackson has been a legal mess lately. Rumors of his financial instability have been all over the press, not to mention his impending child molestation trial, which is set to begin January 31.

When investigators raided Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in November 2003, they reportedly seized a collection of pornographic magazines, other periodicals and wine bottles. Recent fingerprint and forensic testing on the items indicated both Jackson and his accuser touched the magazines, according to CNN.

According to CNN, Santa Barbara Superior Court Judge Rodney S. Melville will decide what can be introduced as evidence in the upcoming trial.

Jackson, 46, has pleaded not guilty to charges of child molestation, conspiracy and giving alcohol to his accuser, a cancer-stricken boy who lived for a time at the ranch and appeared with Jackson in a British television documentary in February 2003.
