Jackson's Doctor's Office Seized

Officials gathered evidence from a Houston clinic in search of information on the "King of Pop's" death.

Federal agents and police officers seized records of Michael Jackson's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, in Houston, just after 11 a.m. Eastern Time Wednesday, FOXNews.com reported.About 25 federal agents and police officers collected evidence from the Armstrong Medical Clinic where Murray has an office. He was not present at the time. An unnamed person close to the investigation told FOXNews.com that the Drug Enforcement Agency was focusing on the drug Propofol. The drug is used to put people down before surgery and is not often administered outside a hospital. Investigators found paraphernalia related to the drug in Jackson's home after his death. Murray was present when Jackson died.The clinic is owned by Dr. Davill Armstrong, whose license was suspended and clinic shut down after he inappropriately prescribed medication, according to the New York Times.FOXNews.com reported that a lawyer for Murray said that officials are searching for evidence of manslaughter. A spokesperson for the DEA told Reuters that the warrant is sealed, making more details unavailable.A law enforcement official told FOXNews.com that the preliminary results of Jackson's toxicology reports are being used to track down the source of the drugs.
