Jaden Smith made millions for 'Karate Kid'

Jaden Smith, the only son of Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, received a seven-figure salary for his two Karate Kid movies.

TMZ found a copy of Smith's contract for the films, which was finalized in 2009 when he was 10 years old. The contract shows that he was paid in two installments, one for $900,000 and the other for $100,000.

But since the first Karate Kid movie grossed over $150 million, the 12-year-old Smith received a $2 million bonus, according to PopEater.com.

This young actor could be earning even more, with additional in-contract perks and the huge success of the film being factors for royalties and other money-earning bonuses.
