An excited fan tried to snap a picture of the actor at an inconvenient time.

Jake Gyllenhaal is used to the paparazzi and the red carpet photos, but the actor, 30, would rather not be photographed while using a urinal.

Rumors had been swirling that Gyllenhaal, attending the SXSW film festival for his new movie, Source Code, got in a “scuffle” with an excited fan trying to get a picture of the actor in a theater bathroom.

The actor, cleared up to Entertainment Weekly there was no scuffle, but he doesn’t appreciate bathroom photos.

“That’s true,” he said of the incident. “I think it’s an appropriate space to keep privacy. I hope that people wouldn’t disagree with me on that.”

His rep further cleared up rumors, telling E! News, “There was no scuffle, it was an excited fan who tried to take his picture in the restroom. He asked the guy to please delete it and he did! No drama."
