Jamie Pressly Ties the Not at Dick Clark's Estate

Jamie Pressly and entertainment lawyer, Simran Singh exchanged vows in Malibu Saturday.

Jamie Pressly from television's "My Name is Earl" ties the know with entertainment lawyer, Simran Singh, in Malibu. The happy couple exchanged their vows with one another at Dick Clark's estate with an Ocean view. Pressly wore a white floor-length V-neck gown.E! Online said "the two were overheard discussing their engagement at Jaime's San Diego birthday celebration in back in August, and shortly after showing off the gorgeous diamond ring on her finger."

Dezi James, the starlet's 2-year-old son with former love Eric Cubiche, was the ring bearer. Her friend and matron of honor, Danielle Manschulo, is the person responsible for getting the two of them together.

The happy occasion is much deserved after Pressly and Cubiche parted ways last November. According to People Pressly made a statement saying "I'd like to be with somebody who isn't afraid to take care of me – whether they have the same financial means as me or not."
