Jared Leto Breaks His Nose at Concert

Actor and lead singer of 30 Seconds to Mars, Jared Leto, broke his nose at his band's concert, when he was trampled by his own fans.

The Fight Club star was reportedly performing with his band in El Paso and decided to run into the crowd. Leto was then "rushed by fans," resulting in a broken nose and minor injuries to his foot, face, and body. However, 35-year-old Leto continued to play, finished the show and even declared it his best ever. It was only later when he checked into a hospital, that he discovered his injuries needed surgery.

Tour manager, Kevin Lyman, stated of the incident, "In all my 25 years of producing shows, this was one of the scariest moments I have seen. We all hope Jared has a speedy recovery."

Leto, who also starred in the film Chapter 27, and 30 Seconds to Mars were performing on the Taste of Chaos tour with bands such as The Used and Senses Fail.
