Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux are house hunting

Horrible Bosses star Jennifer Aniston and new boyfriend actor Justin Theroux are moving forward in their relationship. They are moving in together.

The ex Friends star must vacate her recently sold Beverly Hills house by the end of the month. The house reportedly sold for $38 million, The couple “are looking for a new house to move into together," an Aniston source tells People, reports People.com.

Aniston purchased the property in 2006 for $13.5 million and spent two years renovating the 9,000 square foot home. She decided to sell the property after deciding it was “too much” for her.

But, Aniston won’t be homeless for long. She purchased three separate units in a building in Manhattan's fashionable West Village neighborhood back in April. Property records show that the 1,200 square foot unit with an 800 square foot terrace was bought for $4.95 million, as per The Daily Mail.

Since Theroux, who starred in 2003’s Charlie’s Angels: Full Throttle and several episodes of HBO’s hit drama, Six Feet Under, has lived in New York for some time, it seems Hollywood’s hottest new couple is ready to take on the Big Apple together, at least where real estate is concerned.
