Jennifer Garner's Alleged Stalker Was Arrested at Nursery School

The alleged stalker was arrested by Santa Monica police for supposedly violating a restraining order

Police arrested man for breaking a restraining order held by Jennifer Garner, reported BBC News.

Steven Burky was arrested at the nursery school in Santa Monica where Garner’s and Ben Affleck’s kids attend.

Prosecutors charged Burky with felony stalking charges and breaking a restraining order.

In November 2008 Burky was issued a restraining order, which prevents him from coming within 100 yards from Garner and her family for three years, after Garner told the court Burky’s “obsessive, threatening and stalking behavior” posed a threat to her family.

Garner, who said Burky had been stalking her since 2002, also claimed Burky approached her with flowers and a card that read “I love you forever.”

Burky is currently being held on a $150,000 bail at the Santa Monica police.

The actress has two children with husband, Affleck, Violet, 4 years old and Seraphina, 11 months old.

Garner has recently appeared films “Juno,” and “The Kingdom.”
