Jennifer Lopez Has a New Outlook on Life

Jennifer Lopez has evolved a lot since marrying Marc Anthony and becoming a mother.

Jennifer Lopez is on the latest cover of In Style magazine, opens up about her new perspective in life and shares five tidbits you probably never knew about her.

1. She doesn't need everything to be white. It's just a rumor, she said.

2. She doesn't like computers. "I am terrible with computers," she admits.

3. She doesn't like the dark and has to "trick" herself into the darkness.

"Marc [Anthony] always turns off the lights after he comes to bed," Lopez shared. "I'm usually sleeping--or he waits till I fall asleep and then turns them off."

4. She said she is "constantly" reads relationship books because she is "trying to figure" out "the never-ending question--what is the key to love."

5. Her idol is Barbara Streisand.

"I love what she does," she said. "She's a singer an actress, she went into directing--she does it all."

Since having children, Lopez says, her priorities have changed. Being married to Anthony, she also admits, she's had to learn how to work hard on her relationship.

"[Parenthood] totally changes your perspective on everything. You don't come first anymore. There's somebody else you care more about than yourself," she said. "There's you before kids, and there's you after kids--and they're not the same you."

Lopez, 40, also said that with maturing she has learned that relationships are "not an easy thing." The star said her marriage with Anthony has had "hard experiences and a lot of ups and downs and a lot of mistakes."

"I'm still figuring it out as I go along," she said.
