Jennifer Love Hewitt and Alex Beh split

Jennifer Love Hewitt and her boyfriend of less than a year have split.

"They haven't been dating for a little while," the 31-year-old’s rep tells Us Weekly.

“She’s doing well,” a close friend of the Ghost Whisperer actress said.

Hewitt and actor-director Alex Beh began dating in July 2010, four months after the actress parted ways with Jamie Kennedy who also costars on Ghost Whisper.

Last fall, Hewitt gushed over her new beau, calling him an “old fashioned” gentleman, reports People.

In January, the actress told Ellen DeGeneres that she’s already picked out three Tiffany engagement rings.

"I actually have three because I feel like I'm doing the guy a favor. I feel like I don't want to be upset if he picks a bad ring,” Hewitt said.

A month later the actress reported that Beh “buys me flowers everyday. Ever since we met. Every single day, I’m serious! He’ll either give me a bouquet or handpick one. So Sweet!”
