Jessica Alba Doesn’t Want Look-Alike

It’s the height of Doppelganger Week, but Jessica Alba thinks she would be better off without one certain look-alike.

The New York Daily News reports that the actress is distressed to learn about a woman in China who plans to undergo extensive plastic surgery to look like her, in an attempt to win back an ex-boyfriend.

The 21-year-old woman, who only goes by the name Xiaoqing, was told she would need multiple surgeries to make her eyes and nose resemble those of the Fantastic Four star.

The woman thinks the procedure is worth it to win back the heart of her ex-boyfriend, a huge Alba fan. She tells reporters that the two had dated for a year and a half but broke up a month ago when the boyfriend’s obsession with Alba became too much.

Xiaoqing now says she regrets the breakup, and will undergo the surgery to win him back.

Alba is discouraging Xiaoqing from making such a life-altering change.

“I think you should never have to change yourself like that,” she said. “If somebody loves you, they’ll love you no matter what.”
