Simpson: “It’s true. I am going to be a mummy.”
This Halloween, Jessica Simpson reveals that she is about to be a mummy – and not just for the spooky holiday either.
Speculation about Simpson’s pregnancy has been circulating for a couple of months now, and she finally chose to share the good news – in a fun Halloween pun. She posted the announcement on Twitter, which led to her website. “It’s true. I am going to be a mummy,” she wrote next to a picture of her dressed up as a mummy in white wrappings, holding her growing belly.
This is Simpson and her fiancé Eric Johnson’s first child. According to People Magazine, Simpson always felt that she could “see [herself] having a family with him.”
