According to People Magazine, the singer flew to Japan over the weekend and felt the earthquake early on Tuesday morning. No casualties were reported at the time.
"Thought I was hallucinating," she Tweeted on Monday. "I have never felt anything like this in my life. Laying in bed watching CNN."
