Jessica Simpson Healthy and Happy!

Pop star gone country Jessica Simpson performed at 99.9 Kiss Country's 24th Annual Chili Cook-off in Florida yesterday looking and sounding amazing.

People reports that between singing songs from her new album "Do You Know" as well as old favorites, Simpson announced to the crowd, "I'm so excited that I'm going to see my boyfriend tonight!" Her boyfriend, of course, is Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo.

Simpson stopped for a meet and greet for fans after the concert before catching a flight to Texas that night.

The New York Daily News notes that Simpson seems to have gained back her famous curves, after years of trying to be as skinny as many other stars. Unfortunately, neonlimelight.com thinks that she did her new body a disservice. They claim that Simpson was clad in "mom jeans" that made her look no different than a "45-year-old suburban housewife" from behind. Oops!
