Jessica Simpson Talked About Romo Breakup Before It Happened

Jessica Simpson told Glamour what breaking up with Tony Romo would feel like before the fall-out.


Jessica Simpson spoke out in an interview with Glamour magazine before her break up with Tony Romo on what heals a broken heart and what life would be like if she were to break up with Romo.

"If this article comes out and we're not together, I'd still love him, and he'd still be a huge part of who I am today," said Simpson. It was as if Simpson foresaw her relationship was about to end with her Dallas football hunk. Simpson, 29, went on to compare the end of her previous relationship with Nick Lachey to "a death in the family."

"You go through the mourning stage, then the rebellion, and then all of a sudden you have to find life by yourself," she says. "Once you do that, you feel complete – and that's the only time you can truly fall in love again, and give yourself over completely to another person."
